"A beautifully presented detached house offering good family accommodation. The main reception room has a charming bay window with seat, door leading into the well presented and refurbished kitchen/dining room which in turn has double doors leading into the garden. The kitchen is fitted with modern units and leads through to a utility room. The owner has partly converted the garage to provide a very useful study/hobbies room with door to outside and a store room to the front. There are three bedrooms to the first floor with the main bedroom having an en suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. An internal inspection is highly recommended to appreciate the quality and tasteful presentation of this property.

Situation
Occupying a highly convenient position on the outskirts of Liphook village within about 0.6 mile of the centre of the village where there is a good range of shopping facilities. Liphook station on the Portsmouth/Waterloo main line is within about 1.1 mile. There is an excellent choice of both state and private schools in the vicinity including Churchers Junior School and Bohunt Secondary School. More comprehensive facilities can be found in Haslemere within about 5 miles.   There are many acres of fine countryside close at hand including much under the ownership of the National Trust.
