"This is a stunning, stone built semi-detached villa. It enjoys a wonderful location in a sought after residential street and is only moments from the East Sands and the Leisure Centre. It is within walking distance of the town centre with its ancient University, world famous golf courses, fine shopping, theatre and restaurants. The house has been improved and extended to form a stunning home yet all the charm and character has been carefully retained. It is in excellent decorative order and benefits from gas-fired central heating backed up with sealed unit double-glazing. There is a lovely lounge with a fireplace and bay window, an excellent dining room with fireplace and French door to the garden and a superb breakfasting kitchen with large utility area off. Also on the ground floor is a good sized bedroom, used by the current owner as an office, and the cloakroom/W.C.
