"This fine semi detached villa occupies a large corner plot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a popular residential part of St. Andrews. There is easy access to the town centre with all of its amenities including university, golf courses, beach, shopping, schools etc. The house is presented in excellent decorative order and benefits from gas fired central heating backed up with cavity wall insulation and sealed unit double glazing to all but one window. The spacious lounge/dining room has large picture windows at both ends making it very bright. The well fitted kitchen has plumbing for a dishwasher and washing machine, and a back door to the garden. There is a further downstairs room offering flexible accommodation either as a study or a fourth bedroom. It has French doors leading out to the garden. On the upper floor are three bedrooms, two of which are good sized doubles and all of which have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a three-piece white suite comprising wc, wash hand basin and large bath with both a mixer tap shower head and over bath electric shower. There are gardens to front and rear of the property. The front garden is laid out with gravel for ease of maintenance with flower beds and shrubs. The driveway provides parking for two or more vehicles and leads to the garage. The large secluded rear garden is enclosed by fences and hedges all around.
