"Located close to the centre of the historic market town of Barnard Castle, this stone built terraced property has two well proportioned bedrooms and an enclosed yard to the rear. No onward chain.

The Property
17 Queen Street is a two bedroom terraced property located within walking distance of the centre of Barnard Castle. The property is in need of some modernisation throughout and would be ideally suited to first time buyers or investors.

The main entrance is located to the front of the property, and accessed via a UPVC door with an arched window design, into the entranceway offering storage for coats and boots, with stairs rising ahead to the first floor.

To the left is the living room, a light and airy space courtesy of the window to the front, with wooden built in storage below. The focal point of the room is the gas fire with a wooden surround. Further storage is offered by the under stairs cupboard.
