'Woodpeckers' occupies an elevated position and enjoys a southerly aspect and stunning views. Sidlands is conveniently situated for the town, where there is an excellent range of amenities and of course the popular Regency Esplanade.


The property offers two reception rooms as well as three bedrooms, with the principal rooms enjoying a southerly aspect and taking full advantage of the views. Some modernisation is now required, however the windows have been replaced with uPVC double glazed units and gas fired central heating is installed.
