"A spacious terraced house, which requires some modernisation, situated in a popular road within walking distance of the main town. The property is offered for sale chain free and provides spacious accommodation over two levels comprising of an entrance hallway, open plan lounge dining room, kitchen Breakfast room, two double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a rear paved garden. There is on road parking which does require purchasing an annual zone permit through Devon County Council which is approximately ยฃ35.00 for one permit.

Approaching the property a UPVC glazed front door leads into the entrance where there is a further door into the hallway with a radiator and stairs rising to the first floor.

The lounge has a front aspect double glazed window, radiator and a stone fire place. An opening takes you through to the dining room which has an under stairs storage cupboard, radiator, a door and archway into the kitchen breakfast room.

The spacious kitchen has a range of matching wall and base level kitchen units, tiled work top surfaces, tiled splash backs, spaces for appliances including a washing machine, gas cooker, and an upright fridge freezer, a double glazed window and door lead to the rear garden.
