"This charming two bedroom semi-detached property, with gardens to front and rear with patio area, garage, with workshop, and driveway in front with room for one car, has gas central heating and uPVC double glazing throughout. The property has an entrance lobby, spacious open plan L-shaped living room/dining room with lobby access to rear garden, fitted kitchen and family bathroom.
The property is close to Matlock's town centre amenities and has good road and rail links to Chesterfield, Bakewell and surrounding towns. Matlock is within the Derbyshire Dales and is therefore ideally situated for enjoying all the leisure facilities on offer.
