"Lunevale is a lovely detached house positioned within walking distance from the Main Street of Sedbergh and affording views of the Howgill Fells. This property was built in the 1930's, however it was totally refurbished in 1997 by a renowned local builder. The house benefits from a slightly elevated position with a rear garden patio, front and side lawn, detached garage and private parking. The property is accessed via a gated path from 'Howgill Lane'. The front door leads into the entrance hall with a useful cloak cupboard, staircase to the first floor and doors to the dining room, lounge and kitchen diner. The dining room is at the back of the house, with windows out ot the rear garden. The lounge is a lovely bright room, with neutral decor and coal effect gas fire on a marble hearth and surround with wooden mantle. The main feature of this room is the large recessed windows with lovely views out to the front of the property and surrounding area. The kitchen/diner has wall and base units with complimentary tiles and worktop to include a integral fridge freezer, eye level oven, 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher and ceramic one and a half sink with drainer. There is a useful under stairs cupboard, which has plumbing for a washing machine. There are two windows to the gable end and an external door. To the first floor are the two double bedrooms, master ensuite, single bedroom and family bathroom. The master bedroom is to the front of the house with fitted dressing table and bedside cupboards with lighting. The ensuite has a 4 piece suit to include bath, W.C, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. The single bedroom and second double bedroom both benefit form fitted double wardrobes and fell views. The family bathroom comprises, bath, shower cubicle, W.C and a vanity wash hand basin. Externally there is a store with power and plumbing for a washing machine, tumble dryer and useful garden storage space. The garage has up and over doors, with fitted shelves, light and power. Gas central heating, fully double glazed. A well presented detached home."
