"A first floor maisonette in a tucked-away southeast city location, with a garage, private garden, long lease and no service charge.

Hatherdene Close is conveniently positioned towards the south end of Coldhams Lane, about half a mile from Sainsbury's supermarket and with an easy cycle or walking route to down Norman Way, across The Tins and on to Mill Road in less than a mile. Cambridge's mainline station is less than 2 miles.

The maisonette is tucked-away at the end of the close, looking across Cambridge airfield from the rear.

It has a small entrance lobby on the ground floor with stairs up to the flat. The first floor landing gives independent access to two bedrooms, a bright bathroom and a sitting / dining room with corner windows and a fitted kitchen off.

There is gas fired central heating to radiators and UPVC double glazing.
