"This delightful home offers generously proportioned accommodation and, in our opinion, is presented in good decorative order throughout. Upon entering, a spacious L-shaped entrance hall provides access to all reception rooms including the living room which features a fireplace as a focal point. This room opens onto the dining room which is particularly spacious and bright with double glazed sliding patio doors giving access to a small raised terrace and the garden beyond. The superb double aspect kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with terracotta tiled flooring and a range of eye and base level beech units with granite work surfaces incorporating Bosch double oven, gas hob and extractor fan. In addition there is space and plumbing for dishwasher, washing machine and condenser dryer. A practical central 'island' unit affords further storage and a useful seating area. Completing the ground floor is the large study with views over the garden to the rear which could be utilised as a third bedroom serviced by a spacious ground floor bathroom with underfloor heating and white three piece suite. On the first floor there are two generous double bedrooms, both well fitted with 'Sharps' maple style furniture. Both bedrooms and the landing have the advantage of excellent walk-in eaves storage in addition to loft access. A tiled shower room with three piece suite incorporating a large corner shower cubicle services the two bedrooms.

Outside
The property is approached via an ample brick paved driveway leading to a double garage with electrically operated up and over door with a good size lawn to one side. Side gates lead to the rear garden which has been neatly laid to lawn bounded by shaped flower borders. The whole enjoys a delightful southerly aspect and a depth of approximately 50'. In addition there are three basement cellars accessed to the side of the property which provide excellent storage.

Additional Information
The property occupies an enviable location, within the heart of the 'river area' of Maidenhead, situated to the east of the town centre. The river itself is situated within close proximity, where there are some lovely walks along the Thames towpath and a selection of notable restaurants, including 'Boulters Inn' and the 'Thai Orchid'. A more extensive range of amenities can be found in the town centre. For the commuter, there are rail stations in Taplow and Maidenhead, with the latter providing fast access to London Paddington. The M4 is accessible at junction 7 and 8/9 linking to London, the West Country and M25 Motorway network.
