The Area

Dale Road is set in a convenient location within this historic market town. The property is well placed for local schooling, both primary and secondary and the town centre is only half a mile.

Barnard Castle is often referred to as the ?Gateway to Teesdale? with many renowned beauty spots being found close at hand beyond which can be found the delights of North Yorkshire, the Lake District, Northumberland and the East Coast.

For the commuter the A66, A67 and A1 (M) provide links with the major commercial centres of the North East. Darlington Mainline Railway Station and Durham Tees Valley International Airport offer further communications with the rest of the country.


The Property
