A beautiful Grade II listed mid-terraced cottage steeped in history and retaining many interesting features. A slate roofed veranda is carried on a colonnade of slender Tuscan columns, delightful mullioned windows and studded doors form part of this former sea captain's house. The accommodation being offered is three double bedrooms, a sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, a first floor family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Further benefits include a multi-fuel burner, propane gas, several storage sheds and an elevated garden.

LOCATION    The coastal village of Pentewan is situated beside the beach, on the south coast between St Austell and Mevagissey. A cycle trail meanders alongside the river to London Apprentice. Porthpean Golf Club is approximately two miles distant, and various retail outlets for daily needs can be found within Mevagissey village together with an infant junior school and family health centre. High street multiples can be found within the market town of St Austell which also has a coach station and the Penzance to Paddington railway link.
