" A 1930?s well presented and extended three bedroom semi-detached family home offers character features and scope for further improvements (Subject to planning consents) The property is entered via an entrance porch which leads to an entrance hall with exposed floorboards and under stairs storage cupboards and a modern ground floor shower room. The lounge has a feature bay window, picture rail and fireplace with timber mantle, marble inset and hearth. The family room has exposed floorboards, and a square opening leading to a modern kitchen/diner with white gloss door fronts, two velux windows and access giving to a double glazed conservatory. To the first floor the master bedroom has a feature bay window and feature fireplace and picture rail.
