" This mid-terrace property was built circa 1960s and forms part of the popular Chesterfield Drive estate in Riverhead, within a short distance of the Tesco superstore, the river Darent and the areaβ€˜s well-regarded schools. The house also benefits from off-street parking, a garage and a good-size garden.

The interior of the house is somewhat dated and in need of cosmetic refurbishment, with great scope for modernisation by the new owner. The rooms are a good size and the layout is ideally suited to couples or a smaller family.

The accommodation extends to about 1100 sq ft and briefly comprises an entrance hall leading to a kitchen, cloakroom with w.c. and a good size open plan sitting and dining room. There is also internal access to the garage, which provides potential for conversion (subject to necessary planning). Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms plus a family shower room.

Situation
Chesterfield Drive is a quiet cul de sac situated in the Riverhead area of Sevenoaks within a short distance of the London Road. It is very convenient for the large Tesco Superstore and the popular Riverhead and Amherst junior schools. Sevenoaks town centre has an excellent variety of restaurants, shops and services as well as the station, just 0.7 miles away offering regular services to London Bridge and Charing Cross. There is excellent walking locally along the river Darent or in Knole Park.
