" Situated in a highly desirable location is a three bedroom detached house which has been solely occupied for over 50 years.
The property is moments away from Horsham train station and the town centre. It is very convenient if you want to live close by to Horshams amenities. Another wonderful feature of this property is the garden which we believe is approximately 120ft x 40ft long. This property offers a great deal of potential to be extended, (subject to the usual consents). The main accommodation comprises of a sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, a separate utility and W.C. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a newly fitted shower room - originally the family bathroom.
Outside the drive is large enough for several vehicles. There is a garage set back and the most fantastic rear garden which is mainly laid to lawn.
