" Penlee Gardens is a private and highly select enclave of mainly Grade II Listed Georgian properties which enjoy a south facing position with views across the private and well maintained grounds and a delightful aspect from the property across the City towards Staddiscombe, The Sound and Mount Edgcumbe. 5 Penlee Gardens was built in about 1825 under the influence of the famous Georgian architect, Foulston. The ground floor accommodation comprises an entrance hallway with galleried staircase, a sitting room and interconnecting drawing room, each with fabulous white marble fireplaces, a 24' dining room which also has a marble fireplace and French doors to the gardens, a family room, a fitted kitchen, a breakfast room/bedroom, two shower rooms and a snug.
