Cartwright Court is an imposing building with attractive pillars to the entrance and balconies giving you a sense of grandeur as you approach the property.
Apartment 1 is a stunning ground floor apartment which is tastefully decorated and well presented throughout. This apartment has the advantage of level access to the secure side entrance from the grounds in addition to the use of the main entrance reception.

The entrance hallway has contemporary doors leading off to the accommodation and two large storage cupboards, one immediately to your right as you enter the apartment.

Bedroom two which is opposite the front door is currently used as a dining room. This light and bright room has a beautiful arched picture window and a modern light fitting to the ceiling making it an ideal space for dining and entertaining.

The lounge again is a lovely light and bright room with two gorgeous arched picture windows one of which is electrically operated for ease of use and both overlook the well tended garden. There is an attractive stone fireplace with a stone hearth and an electric fire inset.

There are double doors off the lounge opening to the modern fitted kitchen which has been well designed with a range of wall and base units including a mid height oven, a hob with a stainless steel extractor hood over, an integrated fridge and freezer, a stainless steel sink and drainer in front of an electrically operated window. There is tiling to the splashbacks and tiled flooring.

The bathroom is a good size and has a white four piece suite which comprises a low level WC, a bath with a mixer tap over and a contrasting wooden bath panel, a wash hand basin set on a contrasting wooden vanity unit, an open wet room style shower with a circular shower curtain runner above. This stylish bathroom also has fully tiled walls and complementary vinyl flooring.

Bedroom one is a spacious and tranquil room with a fitted mirrored wardrobe and a window overlooking a private seating area. There is plenty of space in this room for additional bedroom furniture. The full length window could be reinstated to be the originally designed external door.
