" An attractive, early 19th century period house, with some original features providing period charm. Upon entering the property there is a delightful lobby glazed on two sides, which lights up the generous entrance hall. There are two reception rooms at the front of the house which together with the hall, have high ceilings. The rooms at the rear have slightly lower ceilings, as in keeping with houses of this period. The main reception room extends through to the rear of the house with a feature archway dividing the two areas. There is an open fireplace and gas fired central heating radiators. This is currently arranged as a sitting room and dining room with French doors opening onto the garden at the rear. The second reception room is currently used as a studystudio and benefits from a large low-cill sash window providing plenty of light. There is a shower roomcloakroom on the ground floor. The kitchen also benefits from a large low-cill sash window with views over the garden and access door to the cellar area. A stair with period banister rail leads to the first floor which is on two levels.
