" 29 Carnation Drive is a detached family house situated in a popular residential location in Saffron Walden and stands on a large corner plot with good sized front and rear gardens.. The property was originally built in the early 1980s of brick and block construction under a tiled roof and in recent years has been upgraded with new double glazed windows, re-fitted kitchen and a new bathroom suite. The reception lobby links through to the ground floor cloakroom, the spacious sitting room is dual aspect with laminate floor, sliding patio doors to the rear terrace and opens out to the dining area with views over the rear garden. The rear garden is approximately 45ft wide max and 54ft deep max, laid to lawn with flowerbed borders, mature trees and shrubs, attractive paved terrace with raised decked area, are well fenced and partly walled.Directions

From Saffron Walden Market Square proceed into Hill Street, bearing left at the mini roundabout into Common Hill. At the next mini roundabout turn right into Ashdon Road.
