What the vendor loves about the property!

For us this property was warm and inviting when we first walked in and in extremely good condition, we simply remoulded to our tastes. We love the spaciousness of the bedrooms and the fact that you can sit in the lounge or kitchen and look out into the garden. Each room has a different look and that is what we love about it. Anyone that buys it will be very happy here and there is room to put your own stamp onto it because it is that type of property. We love the fact that it has a drive so no fighting for parking spaces, it is quiet and in a central position so east to access anywhere in the surrounding neighbourhood. The neighbours are friendly and approachable and we have had no issues in years we have lived here. We sell, not because we have stopped loving the property; far from that and hope its new residents will love it and appreciate it as much as we have.
