A deceptively large detached home boasting generous and well-balanced accommodation of just over 2,700 sq ft. The property is situated in a superb position with open views to front and rear elevations.

Set well back from the road, Brimir was built in the late 1980โ€™s and offers well considered, flexible space and benefits from an abundance of natural light.

The property opens to a large reception hallway linking to the principal reception rooms including the lounge which is centred around a feature multi-fuel burning stove. Internal French doors from the lounge open to a family room with sliding doors onto a patio area. A further set of French doors open from the lounge into the open plan kitchen/dining room. This is a light and airy sociable space with ample room for a large dining table and chairs and views to the rear garden. Also off the main hallway is a small inner hallway off which is a bedroom, study and wet room/shower room. This area has been designed to allow it to be self-contained if desired.

Stairs from the reception hallway lead to a first floor games room spanning an enormous 500 sq ft with Juliet balcony looking onto the rear garden. The impressive space is a key feature of the home and has a number of possible uses. There are four well-proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room.

Externally, the property is set on a good sized plot with rural views to both the front and the rear. To the front is a lawn garden and a large driveway offering ample space for parking and leads to a double width car port. In addition to the car port is a garage to the rear of the house. The garden itself is well maintained, mainly laid to lawn with a selection of shrubs, trees and bordered by hedges. At the bottom of lawn is additional garden grown longer for ease of maintenance. There is also a private patio area situated off the family room, ideal for al-fresco dining.

In summary, a unique 5 bedroom detached house on the edge of the popular village of Stillingfleet, situated on a generous plot with open rural views to front and rear.
