" REDUCED BY ?25,000! Private family home with wonderful gardens at Scartho. The property offers accommodation on 3 floors, there is a large hall, cloakroom, huge sitting room, open plan kitchen-dining room, like a french farmhouse, another cloakroom, then the utility room and a T.V. lounge. Upstairs there are two landings, the top landing with an atrium. First floor - the large family bathroom which is beautifully equipped, the master bedroom is a suite really, with a dressing room and an ensuite. The second bedroom with an ensuite and the third bedroom is another double. Off the Top Landing - a shower room and three double bedrooms, two with fitted wardrobes. The property has full double glazing, underfloor heating and conventional gas fired central heating.
There is a large detached garage. In and out frontage, a wide drive to the side. The back garden is large, beautiful and south facing. Its own stream. Another cloakroom both the space and the cloakroom with velux double glazed roof lights. CLOAKROOM With a white suite of wash hand basin and cabinetised toilet, chrome toweling radiator, lots more storage. DAY ROOM/T.V. LOUNGE 15'10' x 13' In this area the ceiling follows the roof line.
