" We are delighted to offer for sale this fabulous detached home, which occupies a commanding plot on the corner of Bramhall Lane and The Crescent. There are two good sized driveways, one accessed via Bramhall Lane which leads to the larger than average attached garage, whilst the other is accessed via The Crescent. There are large expanses of lawn to three sides of this home plus mature well stocked borders which add privacy. Whilst the offical address to this home is Bramhall Lane, there is no doubt you also feel like you live on sought after Crescent due to the positioning of the home.

We trust our floor plans will give you a good indication of the shape, size and layout of the accommodation on offer, however we strongly advise you view this charming home for yourself and we hope you will appreciate the immaculately presented accommodation and character features which make this such an attractive home. In brief the accommodation comprises: There is an entrance hall which has access to a walk in cloaks cupboard, which could easily be transformed and made in to a downstairs WC.
