" We are pleased to have been instructed as sole agents to market this large period detached house located in one of Sidcup`s most sought after roads. The property requires updating throughout but in our opinion would make a fantastic family home or even a development opportunity.

The house is on a substantial plot set back nicely from the road and briefly comprises: Entrance porch, original front door, large character entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom, reception one which has a large feature bay window, three further reception rooms with reception four leading nicely through to the kitchen. The kitchen requires updating but again offers lots of potential.
