Fees. The following fees may apply should you apply for a tenancy with Dybles. All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Prior to the Commencement of the Tenancy: Administration Fee: The standard administration charge applied by Dybles is £225+VAT per tenancy. This contributes to the creation of the Tenancy Agreement and all other administration processes. Reference Fee: A fee of £80+VAT per person is required once an offer has been accepted and is due with the administration fee. This covers the cost of the referencing which is carried out by a third party professional referencing agency. At the End of the Tenancy Check Out: At the end of the tenancy an Inventory check out will be carried out. The cost is £130+VAT for standard tenancies and £150+VAT for student tenancies.
