" If you are looking for a family home that is tucked away and an easy stroll to town and the beach, then come and take at look at this! This home is very different to other properties we are currently marketing as it offers flexible living accommodation that will suit a growing family. With its high ceilings and large windows this home feels very bright and airy. The layout of the lower level is great for families as you can keep an eye on the kids in the lounge/diner whilst preparing dinner and be on hand to help out with homework. The lounge has a chimney breast that is simply calling out for the addition of a log burner to add to it’s already cosy feel. The kitchen has a real cottage feel with it’s classic style cabinets and butler sink. An added bonus is having the extra sitting room/4th bedroom on the first floor to give the kids somewhere to play their games consoles while you relax and watch TV in the lounge. The master bedroom is the perfect retreat from the day. Not only does it have the most amazing roof top views over Hythe it measures a staggering 16’9 x 11’6. This bedroom also has a luxury en-suite bathroom and a beautiful stained glass window. Outside you get that Mediterranean feel from the sun terrace which catches the sun from dawn til dusk making this the perfect place for alfresco dining and entertaining friends with a glass of wine and a barbeque. There is also an open plan garden to the rear with a large storage cupboard.

What the Owner says:

We fell in love with this house the minute we stepped in through the door. What we loved was the fact that it is very quirky and has still retained many original features. Since moving in we have re-fitted the en-suite with a luxury suite and redecorated throughout. The location here is brilliant, we have two young children so being able to be on Hythe’s beach in fifteen minutes or get to the Royal Military canal in five minutes has been a real benefit. If you ever run out of anything you will always have the comfort of knowing that you can walk to the high Street in five minutes, which has a great selection of shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
