Favourite Room: Lorna says they removed an inner wall to form a large kitchen dining room. The whole area is the busy, sociable hub of the house. It has a double aspect and is drenched with natural light, creating a bright and positive ambience, even on the dullest of days. The central island enables guests to chat to the host, making cooking a very companionable event: whilst the dining area has been the setting for many chatty supper parties.

Memorable Event: The elegant sitting room has walls of windows that frame charming garden views. It lent itself perfectly as the venue for an ?afternoon tea,? when over thirty guests enjoyed this quintessentially English event. With the patio doors open wide, the garden became a charming extension to the room.

Favorite aspect of the grounds: The garden wraps itself gently round the house, and is a private and serene oasis. The vast swathe of lawn sweeps down to the end hedge, and is scattered with a colorful mix of rhododendron bushes, scores of springtime daffodils, shrubs and fruit trees. It is soothing to settle by the fish ponds and relish the wonderful natural scene around you.

What they?ll miss and why they?re leaving: Lorna says the time has come to downsize but she will take away many happy memories of the Juniper years. It has been a very special family home and she fells sure the next owners will also love its space and comfort. Location Allesley is one of the most desirable and prestigious suburbs in Coventry. Harvest Hill lane Lane offers a beautiful, rural setting quite some distance from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The area is well served by local schools including Allesley Primary School, Coundon Court, The Woodlands School and Tile Hill Wood. There are local shops available within Allesley Village itself. By car, the area is well served by both Canley Retail Park and Cannon Park Shopping Centre.
