" Dating from the late 1980's this substantial bungalow is located in the heart of a picturesque Wiltshire village set away from the high street. All arranged on the ground floor the hall opens to all rooms and a bedroom wing at the front. The main reception room is sub-divided by a central chimney breast with dual aspect fireplace to both the sitting area and dining area. To the rear are doors opening to a later added uPVC conservatory overlooking the stunning gardens. The kitchen breakfast room has a separate utility area to the side and access via an enclosed lobby out to the garden. At the opposite end of the hall is a study and additional bedroom with a family bathroom alongside. The bedroom wing provides five bedrooms, two of which have ensuite shower and bathroom.

Situation
Steeple Ashton is a pretty, rural Wiltshire village situated some 12 miles to the south east of Bath. A prominent feature of the village is the magnificent 15th Century church; there is also a village pub and a community shop. The adjacent village of Keevil has a primary school serving the area. The village is surrounded by attractive countryside and woodland and is well placed for road links to Bath, Trowbridge and Westbury, all of which offer mainline stations. The M4 Junction 17 is 16 miles to the north.
