This is a first floor duplex apartment situated in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton. The accommodation comprises entrance hall, a fitted kitchen and lounge/dining room to the ground floor whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate wc. Externally there is communal off road parking. EPC RATING is C

Location

Heath Town is situated along the Wednesfield Road to the East of Wolverhampton city centre. There are several local shops within the area and a variety of schools. There is access to New Cross Hospital and to Wolverhampton city centre via the Wednesfield Road. Wolverhampton itself has a university, a theatre, art gallery, several museums and a selection of shops and schools. There is a main line railway station and a direct tram link to Birmingham city centre. Road links include access to the M6, M5 and M54. There are also a variety of shops within Wednesfield town centre.

Viewing is highly recommended to appreciate the size, layout and condition of this duplex purpose built apartment. Lifts and stairs provide access to the first floor where the property is accessed via a communal walk way. The entrance hall has feature wood effect flooring and a timber single glazed entrance door with a single glazed window to the side aspect, there is a useful understairs storage cupboard and an airing cupboard housing a hot water cylinder. To the first floor the landing has a useful storage cupboard and provides access to three bedrooms, the master bedroom is L shaped having feature wood effect flooring, a warm air vent and a door to a balcony.
