DIRECTIONS
From Winscombe proceed towards Weston Super Mare on the A371 passing the Castle. Proceed down Castle Hill, into West Street which becomes Knightcott Road before turning left into Springfield Gardens which then becomes West Garston. Turn into the first cul de sac on the right hand side where the property can be found at the end on the left.

LOCATION
Banwell is a village close to the Mendip hills and the surrounding area is one of outstanding natural beauty. There are many recreational facilities in Banwell including fishing, bird watching, horse riding and a bowls club. Banwell provides a range of shopping facilities together with an excellent village primary school. Secondary schooling can be found nearby in Churchill, together with its modern sports complex. The village of Banwell is some 6 miles away from Weston Super Mare and about 17 miles south of Bristol. There is access to the motorway network at St Georges (M5 junction 21). There is an international airport at Lulsgate and access to a mainline railway station at Bristol Temple Meads and Weston Super Mare.
