DESCRIPTION

This attractive and spacious semi detached cottage style home was built in 1997 and has five bedrooms and is beautifully presented and enjoys a central location in the village, close to all facilities.  The property has gas central heating and double glazing and there is a super south facing rear garden with side access. The barn style open bay garaging with off road parking for two cars in tandem is located just around the corner.  We highly recommend an early viewing!

LOCATION

Set in the popular Wealden village of Marden with its good range of local village shops and restaurants and a mainline station offering a commuter service to London (Charing Cross 50 minutes) and the Coast. Marden village has a sought after village primary school and there is a very good medical centre. The County town of Maidstone is approximately 15 minutes driving distance away offering a wide range of shopping, leisure and educational facilities.
