" EPC-D This is a particularly well presented three bedroom semi detached house, built to the 'Thakeham' design and located on the very popular Penfold Grange development. The current owner has an excellent eye for colour co-ordination and has used Farrow and Ball paint in most rooms and the kitchen and bathroom have been re-fitted which enhances the property even further. There is a spacious entrance hall with a turning staircase leading to the first floor, a ground floor cloakroom and glazed double doors opening to the delightful sitting room with an attractive fireplace. This dual aspect room has an archway through to the dining area which has double glazed patio doors allowing the sunshine to flood in from the south facing rear garden. The kitchen is a good size and has been re-fitted with cream shaker style units and fitted breakfast bar. The ground floor finish and layout flows extremely well and has a very homely and welcoming feel.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a built in double wardrobe as well as a further built in single wardrobe and a picture window overlooking the rear garden. There is an en suite shower room with a good size shower enclosure, basin and WC. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also very well appointed, both having a built in wardrobe cupboard and an outlook to the front. The family bathroom was re-fitted approximately a year ago with a modern white suite. The first floor is again well laid out and harmonized by the gift the current owner has with her colour choice.

Outside there are two parking spaces as well as a detached garage which has an up and over door and a side personal door, electric light and power and there is ample eaves storage space in the pitched roof. The rear garden is the crowning glory having the favoured sunny aspect with a paved patio area adjacent to the rear of the house plus a further decked area and a good sized area of lawn. The garden is enclosed by panel fencing and a side gates leads from the front.
