" A well appointed detached family home set in beautifully landscaped gardens of around two thirds of an acre, the property is in an elevated position with rural views toward Cookham Dean. The property is being offered to the market with no onward chain.

Situation
Located within the village of Cookham adjacent to the Cookham Dean Cricket Club, around half a mile from the centre of the village with its local shops and railway station. The nearby towns of Marlow and Maidenhead provide a wide range of shopping, facilities and amenities, there are good local road links to the M4 and M40 motorway networks and rail links into both London Marylebone and London Paddington from High Wycombe and Maidenhead respectively.

Outside
Access via electric ranch style gate to block paved driveway providing parking for several vehicles. An area of lawn runs to the front, with planted borders, and leads down the side to the rear garden.
