Monks Lane is a select, private, location just off Southover High Street and being on a level walk to the railway station and principal shops around Cliffe High Street. Lewes is situated in The South Downs National Park and all the amenities of this Historic County Town are readily accessible. Brighton and the south coast are around eight miles and Gatwick Airport can be easily reached by car via the nearby A27 and A23.
