" A truly delightful cottage dating back in part to the early 18th century with a lovely warm and welcoming interior and beautifully manicured south west facing gardens. Viewing is essential.

DETAILS Dating back in part to the early 18th century, this delightful cottage is tucked away at the end of the path. As soon as you close the gates behind you, you feel like you are in your own little oasis with the delightful gardens in front of you, flanked by beautifully manicured beds and a partly walled garden. Once inside, as you stand in the living room with the stunning inglenook fireplace and its tiled hearth in front of you, and the beamed ceiling above, the full character and charm becomes evident. The warm and welcoming interior continues through into the kitchen, which is a more recent addition to the house, and is a great space to both cook and enjoy meals with family and friends. With an expanse of work tops and a good amount of base and eye level storage units, electric cooker and double oven, as well as plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, this is a great area to prepare the meals. Our client currently has a dining table in the kitchen which can comfortably seat up to eight people for either a formal dinner or just a cosy chat.
