" LOCATION This attractive cottage is situated close to north Horsham in a pleasant rural location but still within reach of the town centre, with its comprehensive range of shopping, sporting and recreational facilities, together with mainline station linking London & the South Coast. However, the property is just a short walk from Warnham train station which also provides direct access to London Victoria.

The picturesque local Sussex countryside offers plenty of local rides and walks, with nearby recreational facilities including several top golf courses as well as the Hickstead equestrian venue and racing at Brighton and Goodwood.

There are also a number of excellent schools in the area including Cottesmore, Farlington, Hurstpierpoint, Christ's Hospital and Millais.
