Hartford Court was built in 1995 and consists of 47 one and two bedroom flats on several floors. The building is set in it's own grounds with pleasant gardens close to woodland. The facilities include resident management staff, laundry, guest facilities and some social activities. This particular flat is close to the main entrance and has the added benefit of own entrance leading to the car park and would therefore be suitable for a wheelchair user or a less mobile person.
