" Mid terrace period property which stands in the heart of the ever popular picturesque village of Tettenhall within walking distance of the many amenities available. There is easy access to the city centre and there are regular public transport services which run along the Wergs Road (A41). The area is well known for its schooling in both sectors.

The property is well presented and offers a refitted breakfast kitchen, conservatory, good-sized lounge, two double bedrooms and a larger than average family bathroom on the first floor. There are generous storage facilities in the outbuildings to the rear and a good-sized rear garden. The property benefits from double-glazing throughout and gas fired radiator central heating.
