" Beechwood Court, a McCarthy & Stone Development, is for those wanting to retire to an area with local amenities. It is a condition of purchase that residents be over the age of 60 years although for couples one can be over 55 years so long as the other is over 60 years.Each apartment comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and either one or two bedrooms which can be used, alternatively, as a dining room. There is a resident House Manager contactable from various points within each apartment in case of emergency. For periods when the House Manager is off duty, a 24 hour emergency Careline response system is provided. There is a communal laundry facility, a residents' lounge, two guest suites, a lift to all floors and car parking within the grounds.
