" A deceptively spacious and extended five bedroom Victorian residence located in the sought after Park Avenue with the added benefit of a wealth of period features and a detached double garage to the rear of the property.
The property would be ideal for a family, as it falls within catchment area for Northwick Manor Primary School and is within walking distance of Gheluvelt Park and the city centre.
The property comprises; reception hallway with parquet flooring and decorative arches, leading through to the lounge, dining room, kitchen/diner and to the first floor landing.
The lounge has a feature fireplace with tiled hearth, picture rails and cornicing.
