" A well presented three bedroom semi detached house with superb open views having two reception rooms, beautifully fitted kitchen, conservatory and well tended gardens to front and rear.

Modernised by the current owners, Fairways now provides a comfortable family home set in
the popular village of Newburgh and having stunning open views to front, rear and side.

Large windows provide excellent light source, especially in the kitchen which has been

The first floor is reached via original spindle staircase to the landing with balustrade and
access via Slingsby style ladder to the loft which has suspended flooring, power and light.
There are three bedrooms, two good sized doubles and a single (which is currently
utilised as an office) all enjoying the beautiful open views. A three piece white suite in the
bathroom is complemented by the contemporary style tiling to bath surround. The well tended rear garden has a shaped lawn with well planted and established flower and
shrub beds and mature tree and shrub borders to include miniature apple trees, Japanese
Maple and Spirea. There is a side gravelled area and log store, wooden greenhouse access to
the front garden and single garage which is fully lined and currently used as a workshop with
independent electrical supply. A tarmac drive provides parking space for up to 5 cars and a
