" Due to our client finding their dream home, they need a quick sale and so are inviting offers from buyers who are able to move quickly or in no chain, despite the house recently being valued at offers in excess of ยฃ130,000. Reasonable offers will be considered. Hodges street is an extremely popular road boasting many spacious and attractively built victorian terrace houses. Number 71 is a little larger than most with a good sized rear garden and has maintained all of its original character and period features despite undergoing extensive refurbishment. Renovated by the current owners, most of the house has been updated and features newly plastered walls. Notably all the old woodwork has been removed and purposely reinstated including fitting dado rails and torus skirting boards to compliment the high ceiling and original coving.
