" Tucked away on a desirable estate in Standish this three bedroom semi-detached house has a full extension running the full width of the property with spacious open plan living but the rear garden is without doubt the highlight. By acquiring land off the neighbours the property boasts one of the nicest gardens we have seen in the village and arguably one of the best in Wigan. You would never believe that this garden could exist in a built up area and is truly magical. The large plot is beautifully appointed and extremely well-stocked with outside living areas and a meandering path which takes you past hundreds of plants and flowers. The garden is west facing and a real sun trap although a veranda provides welcome cover and a perfect area for al-fresco dining.
