These outdoor living and entertaining areas are very private and perfectly located for enjoying the afternoon sun. The house is situated in the much sought after area of Orrell, close to local amenities, highly acclaimed schools and great transport links including easy access to the M6 and M58 motorway and Gathurst train station with services to Manchester, Southport and Wigan.
