and a wide range of shops and amenities to include a Waitrose store, a
mainline railway station, a secondary school; Trinity School offering private
education and many cafes and restaurants etc. The estuary offers good boating
opportunities and Teignmouth golf course is only 2-miles away. Good
accessibility is enjoyed to the A380, making for a fast commute to the Cathedral
City and county town of Exeter with its International Airport and University.

above with feature staircase having beautiful maple balustrades. There is a
contemporary-style wall-mounted radiator and a lobby area with cloaks
cupboard opening to a large Cloakroom/WC and a useful Study with builtin
desk, drawers and cupboards. The Sitting Room is a truly lovely bright and
spacious room with high ceiling, being dual-aspect with full-height windows
and French doors leading out onto an expansive front deck as well as having
good views across the gardens with views towards the estuary and

mature borders. A sweeping lawn in front of the house is surrounded by
numerous specimen shrubs and plants, decked and paved areas complete the
beautiful frontage perfectly complimenting the ?New England? styling of the
house. There are external power points and lighting and a lovely gravelled area
with grasses and a water feature. A paved pathway with pergola and mature
wisteria leads to the delightful rear garden, being creatively landscaped with
paved areas, a further wisteria-clad pergola and a raised lawn with a deck,

there are wonderfully stocked mature gardens. There is a summerhouse/shed,
with decked entrance area and a pathway leading to a further shed and a raised
garden with strawberry/vegetable planters. Additionally there is a log store.

DIRECTIONS
From Teignmouth take the A381 towards Kingsteignton and Newton Abbot
and continue into the village. Pass Wyevale Garden Centre on your left before
turning right into the driveway for Tenggara.
