SITUATION Being on the edge of the favoured village of Ipplepen which is well served with a primary school, village shop, post office, medical centre, churches and public house. There is a bus route to the nearest principal towns of Newton Abbot and Totnes. The resorts of Torbay lie to the east and Dartmoor to the west that are easily accessible. Newton Abbot is a market town within easy reach, with a cattle market on Wednesdays, and general market on Saturdays. There is a mainline railway station in the town providing speedy access to London Paddington, together with a comprehensive range of shopping and recreational facilities, primary and secondary schools, and there are plenty of golf courses within the area. The A381 provides access to Exeter and the motorway network.
