Well now’s your chance!Nestling in a peaceful cul de sac just off the village centre and seafront you can take a leisurely stroll along the sands and leave your cares behind you whilst you wiggle your toes in the sand. On the way home you can pop into the village and grab a takeaway meal or do some shopping for those everyday items. In the other direction you’ll find the fields and watercourses of the Romney Marsh where you might even bump into Dr Syn, the fictional smuggler, on a wild and stormy night!You’ll be nice and cosy in this home with its double glazing and central heating. There’s also a conservatory from which to sit back with a glass of wine and admire the garden or catch up with friends and family. They're bound to want to come and see you now that you’re down on the coast!There is scope here to decorate and put your own stamp on the bungalow, but with no chain to hold you up this really is a home that should be top of your list for viewing.

We chose this bungalow because it’s in such a peaceful spot and close to the sea where we always wanted to retire to. Bus routes and local shops are so handy that you can nip out and get a loaf of bread, newspaper or pint of milk when you need it. The windows, boiler and soffit and fascias have all been replaced so all that’s really needed is decorating to people's own taste.
