" Situated on the Hythe Road, on the outskirts of the seaside town of Dymchurch, is this well proportioned bungalow.

The large lounge and dining room is L shaped and offers oodles of space, along with several windows, which allow the light to simply flood in. I found it more spacious than a lot of other two bedroom bungalows in the same price range. At the rear of the lounge there is an archway that takes you to a little sun room, where you can sit and look out over the garden.

Whilst the kitchen would benefit from a little modernizing, it too is of rather generous proportions and is square in shape, which will suit most modern kitchens.

In addition, this bungalow has two double bedrooms, a separate cloakroom and bathroom, double glazing and central heating.

Outside the bungalow there is a large front garden and a driveway, which will take several cars. This leads to a detached double garage and a gate that allows access to the rear garden. The rear garden is low maintenance with a lawned area and stocked borders.
