" If you are looking for a home that is within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach and has possibly some of the best views the area can offer, then you need to visit this beautiful bungalow. Over the last three years it has been a labour of love. That love, time and attention has definitely paid off, as this could now be one of the nicest two bedroom detached bungalows that we have on the market at the moment. As you enter the immaculate, modern fitted kitchen you can imagine preparing dinner for family and friends, as everyone gets comfy around the dining room table. When the time comes to do the dishes everybody will be fighting over the sink, as there are the most amazing views from here. Now for outside, where this bungalow excels. To the front there is off road parking for two cars, a single garage and a traditional lawned garden. As you step out of the conservatory into the back garden you will be mesmerised by the stunning views that this garden has to offer. This is definitely a garden you would want to show off and you can imagine inviting friends over for a barbeque on a warm summer’s afternoon and sipping a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset.Please don’t just take my word for it about how good this bungalow is, come and see for yourself.

I used to live next door and when the opportunity came up for me to buy my mother’s old house I didn’t hesitate and jumped at the chance. I suppose you couldn’t ask for a better recommendation of the area.In the three years that we have lived here we have completely refurbished the bungalow, levelled the garden and laid a patio, which has enhanced the lovely views over Romney Marsh.Unfortunately, due to a change in our circumstances, we now have to move on. We hope that you will love our home as much as we have.
