This property offers the opportunity to live in a growing village with less then half a mile walk to the 'Outstanding' Nursery and Primary Schools. The entrance hall is light and spacious and has a small cupboard and a cloakroom. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and has an electric oven with gas hob. There is space for a large dining table. The double aspect living room has French doors to the garden. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite shower and two large single bedrooms. The family bathroom has a white suite. Outside, the garden has a patio, a shed, and is mostly laid to lawn. To the side of the property is a car barn and off road parking for 2 cars.

Sellindge is a civil parish and village on the A20 road between Ashford and Folkestone in Kent. Situated only 2 miles from Junction 11 of the M20 you have easy access to London or the coast. Westenhanger station is approximately 2.5 miles with connecting trains to Ashford International Station where the High Speed service will take you into London St Pancras in 38 minutes. The Channel Tunnel is only 5 miles away giving easy access to Europe. The village has good facilities with a local shop, church, doctors? surgery and a Primary School. Nearby pubs/restaurants include The Black Horse in nearby Monks Horton (1.4 miles), The Drum in Stanford North (1.8 miles) and The Tiger Inn in Stowting (2.6 miles) - all of which are very popular for their food and/or entertainment. Sellindge is part of North Downs West Ward of Folkestone and Hythe Town Council but part of the Elham ward of Kent County Council. The village plays host to the annual Sellindge Steam Fair every year with displays including traction engines, steam, diesel, electric locomotive units, buses and lorries.
